Impossible Cube
This was a fun little project I worked on during my 3rd year in college for a sculpture class (Spring 2018). The cube is made out of oak and becomes an optical illusion when viewed from a specific point in space. It was a very unique problem to solve. Ultimately to solve the problem I had to continually file the cube taking off small increments of material until the perspective what just right. This sculpture later became inspiration to my logo, shown in the third image.
